1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using the BiasVerse mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
3. User Conduct and Content
You agree not to use the App to:
- Post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App.
The chat content with AI idols is generated by an artificial intelligence model. While we implement safety filters, the content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You interact with the AI at your own risk.
4. Purchases and Payments
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the App ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. All purchases are handled by third-party payment processors like the Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the policies of the third-party payment processor.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BiasVerse and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall BiasVerse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
